Relief from
Chronic Pain

Get to a deeper understanding of what your body is trying to tell you.

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain is different from acute pain not only in how long it lasts, but often from what the cause is and how it's dealt with.

Cause Unknown

Sometimes pain can baffle the medical industry, they've tested for everything but nothing is giving cause.

Cause known but untreatable

When the cause is known but treatment options aren't feasible, for whatever reason, it doesn't make the pain more tolerable.

Cause known and they're treating it.

And, even though the medical industry might be helping to treat the issue, it doesn't mean that the pain goes away.  Right away, or maybe ever.

What is Pain.

Pain is your body telling you that something is not right, that things are not flowing properly and that something is getting in the way of your health.

That may seem obvious or even trite, but it isn't.

It's worth paying more attention to it.

A Body not at Ease

A body not at ease can eventual be come in dis-ease. Regardless of the tension and stress that we inflict in or bodies, even if it is physical or dietary for years, once we stop that behaviour the body is capable of healing or returning to, at least, a partial state of flow.

A Mind at Ease

Sometimes, we get used to holding on to mental stress for many different reasons, in many different degrees.

Mental anguish can cause the body to tense up and even cease up causing tension, tightness, chronic pain and even disease.

A Body at Ease

In order for a body to be at ease or in good health, your thoughts, feelings and actions need to be working in harmony to achieve that.

Actions include the food you eat, the habits you have and the 'exercise' that you engage in.

Even if, "the damage is done", not all is lost.  Our minds are capable of phenomenal things.

What Can Be Done About Chronic Pain.

By taking the time to not only listen to your body, but to go beyond the pain and into the root cause of the pain, before tension and tightness, even before the stress began, we can discover what, is causing the disturbance of the flow in the first place.

That may sound strange or bizarre, but there was a time when your body was healthy. That might have been before the event, or before the disease, or before a whole lot of things happened.
By taking the time and venturing down the journey, we can not only spot the contributing factors, but we can essentially rewrite history, at least in your mind, and go back to the flow of ease and understanding.

Not only, can it be done, it's been done many many times before.

What they say

I didn't think it would be possible to ever be without the pain again. When I once couldn't go an hour without pain, I ended up driving for 5 hours and I felt nothing. It was fantastic.

I used to get piercing headaches, often combined with migraines.  I couldn't stop them all I could do was notice them coming on and brace myself.
After working with Michelle I don't even have headaches anymore. I can't express how relieved I am.
